Finally Finished!

So this is the first of hopefully many more Shorts I'll be creating. I planned to finish it in the spring semester but it took me till the end of the Summer to finish it. I learned a lot so it's all good. The music is from a very talented singer named Isabelle Huang Ling.

The biggest thing I learned was the importance of getting my outline as tight and clear as possible. The clarity of your storytelling depends heavily on how well you plan your shots when you storyboard. Out of all the processes of creating the film, this was probably the sloppiest step for me. On my next short I'll be a lot more conscious about making my story read as clearly as possible at this stage.

I've been reading a lot about screen writing and how to keep the story interesting so hopefully that studying will make it into my next project. We'll see how it goes! Let me know what you think! Don't be afraid to rip me a new one.
